I thought it was really interesting how the daguerreotype photos are biologically active and are one of the first examples of nanotechnology. 

The conservation of one of MoMa's oldest images is a lot harder than it may seem as they have to be careful not to do anything of the simple things that may ruin the image.

I thought it was really cool how Talbot continued to improve his process of making photos by changing some substances he was using until he perfected his images.
